Questions buyers ask us
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 toys — enough to trial a design, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Are the toys safe for dogs?
Yes. Every format uses pet-safe materials — non-toxic fill and embroidery on plush, natural rubber on chews, pet-grade felt on balls and soft vinyl on squeakers.
Will the logo survive chewing?
We build the brand into the toy rather than onto it: embroidery on plush, moulded embossing on rubber, dyed strands on rope. There is no surface print to chew away.
Which toy should we choose?
Plush for mascots and gifting, rope for daily use, rubber for strong chewers, vinyl replicas for novelty merch, tennis balls for bulk giveaways and discs for outdoor events.
Can you replicate our product or mascot?
Yes. Send a photo, drawing or packaging artwork and our designers adapt it to the toy format, confirmed on your free mockup.
What artwork do you need from me?
Whatever you have. Vector files are ideal, but our designers redraw logos and labels to toy scale at no charge.
